What is an awards management system?

An awards management system is software that runs an award programme online, from nominations to winners. It handles application forms, judging panels, scoring, shortlists, tie-breaks and certificates in one place, so every result has a clear record behind it.

In three ways. Evaluators declare conflicts of interest before scoring and are kept away from those entries. Every entry is scored against the same weighted criteria. Ties go to a separate ranking round, and every score is recorded.

Internal evaluators do the first scoring pass on all eligible applications. The administrator then confirms a shortlist, and external evaluators score only that shortlist and rank the finalists to choose the winners.

Yes. InLogic Awards is built in Dubai and works fully in English and Arabic. The admin panel, nomination forms, score sheets, certificates and emails all support right-to-left layout.

Government excellence awards, industry and sector awards, corporate recognition programmes and academic or research awards. Each programme gets its own categories, forms, eligibility rules and judging rounds.

Each certificate is a PDF with your logo, signature, the winner’s name and a QR code. Scanning the code confirms the certificate was issued by your programme.

InLogic Awards is priced per programme, based on the number of categories, expected nominations, panel size and languages. There is no public price list. Request a quotation and a specialist replies within one working day.

Administrators and evaluators sign in with two-factor authentication through an authenticator app. Each role sees only what it needs: nominees see their own applications, and evaluators see only the entries assigned to them.

Yes. Scores, rankings and programme reports export to Excel, and a live dashboard shows applications by category, city and country.
